These terms apply to the Victorious Scents online store and services made available through this website. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products

We sell extrait de parfum and related fragrance products for personal use. Product descriptions, images, and volume sizes (e.g. 15ml and 50ml) are published in good faith; minor variations in colour or presentation of packaging may occur. Fragrances are cosmetic products; use only as directed on the label and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Orders & availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel where we suspect fraud, error, or stock issues. A contract is formed when we confirm your order (for example by confirmation email or by taking payment and preparing shipment, as applicable).

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice before you complete payment. Taxes and delivery fees are added where applicable. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider; you agree to their terms when you pay.

5. Intellectual property

Content on this site (including branding, text, graphics, and layout) is owned by Victorious Scents or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (including gross negligence or wilful misconduct, where applicable).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction's laws.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
